Lakehurst, Ontario / Est. in the Kawarthas
We wire it. We frame it. We finish it.
A master electrician and a builder in the same truck. One crew for the panel, the framing and the trim, so nothing falls between trades.
Residential · Electrical · Carpentry · Construction
01 / Trades
Three trades,
one point of contact.
Most jobs need more than one skill set. Hiring them separately is where schedules slip and details get missed. We carry all three, so the work stays joined up.
Electrical
Master electrician work on residential systems, from a single circuit to a full rewire, permitted and inspected.
- Panel & service upgrades
- Rewires
- Knob & tube
- Generator hookups
- EV chargers
- Pot lights
Carpentry
Rough and finish carpentry. Structure you never see, and trim you look at every day. Both are held to the same standard.
- Framing
- Decks
- Trim & finish
- Built-ins
- Doors & windows
- Stairs
Construction
Whole projects, managed start to finish: permits, trades, schedule and the final walkthrough.
- Additions
- Full renovations
- Kitchens & baths
- Garages
- Outbuildings
- New builds
02 / How it goes
No mystery pricing.
You will know the scope, the number and roughly the timeline before anyone picks up a tool.
Site visit
We come out, look at the actual conditions, and talk through what you want. No charge.
Written quote
A scope and a price in writing: materials, labour, and what is deliberately excluded.
Permits & schedule
We pull the ESA notification and building permits where the job needs them, then book dates.
Build & sign-off
Work gets done, site gets cleaned, inspections get passed, and we walk it with you.
03 / The work
Recent projects.
Gallery
Photos are being sorted.
Rather than fill this page with stock images of somebody else’s work, it stays empty until our own photos are up. If you want to see something specific, whether that is a panel upgrade, a deck or a finished basement, ask and we will send you pictures of a real one we did.
04 / Word of mouth
What neighbours say.
05 / Where we work
Based in Lakehurst.
We work across Trent Lakes, Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough County. If you are near the edge of the map, call anyway. We will tell you straight whether the drive makes sense for your job.

06 / Questions
The things people ask first.
Do I need a permit?
Most electrical work in Ontario needs a notification filed with the Electrical Safety Authority, and structural work usually needs a building permit from your municipality. We handle the filing and the inspection booking as part of the job. You should never be the one chasing an inspector.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We come out, look at the job, and send a written scope and price. If the job turns out to need a design or engineering drawing before it can be priced properly, we will tell you that up front rather than guessing at a number.
Fixed price or hourly?
Defined jobs get a fixed price, so surprises are our problem and not yours. Open-ended work, such as troubleshooting a fault or opening up a wall that nobody has seen inside of, is hourly, quoted with a not-to-exceed number wherever we can.
How long until you can start?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Small electrical calls usually land within a week or two; a renovation or addition gets scheduled further out. We will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Master electrician licensing through the Electrical Safety Authority, plus liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Ask and we will send the certificates before you commit to anything. Any contractor who will not do that is telling you something.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A dead outlet, a ceiling fan, a sagging deck board. Small jobs are how most of our bigger ones started.
07 / Get started
Tell us about the job.
Three quick steps. Or skip the form entirely and just call. That works too, and it is usually faster.
