We take the whole thing: drawings and permits, the trades we bring in, the sequence, the site, and one number you can plan around. You get one person to call, and that person has been on site.

What we do

Bump-outs, second storeys, sunrooms, in-law suites and four-season conversions of cottages that were never meant for January. Foundation through to final trim.

Full renovations

Gut renovations and whole-floor rebuilds, including layout changes, load-bearing removals, and bringing the wiring, insulation and ventilation up to current code while the walls are open, which is the only sensible time to do it.

Kitchens & bathrooms

The two rooms where every trade collides. Demolition, framing, rough-in, cabinetry coordination, tile, fixtures and the lighting plan that most kitchen renos forget until the drywall is already up.

Basements

Finished basements, legal secondary suites, egress windows, underpinning coordination, and the moisture and insulation detailing that decides whether a basement stays dry.

Garages & outbuildings

Detached and attached garages, workshops, storage buildings and bunkies: slab or foundation, framed, clad, roofed and wired.

New builds

Custom homes and cottages on your lot. We work to your drawings or help you get a set made, then build it.

Permits & project management

Building permits, ESA notifications, inspection scheduling, trade coordination, site protection and cleanup. If a drawing or an engineer’s stamp is needed, we tell you early rather than at the counter.
